Are you the parent or carer of a child aged 14 or under (17 or under if your child is disabled or has an additional learning need)?

Leicestershire County Council would like to hear your views on childcare across the county, whether you currently use it or not.

All English local authorities have a duty to carry out an assessment of childcare sufficiency in their local area. Your contribution is important as it will help Leicestershire County Council ensure that there are sufficient childcare places to enable parents and carers within Leicestershire to work, or undertake training leading to work.

As a thank you for helping us out, each fully completed survey will be entered into a prize draw to win £50 worth of high street vouchers.
